What services are being integrated with PFM?

Honeywell GoDirect Flight Services is committed to providing best-in-class end-to-end integrated services to our customers. As a part of that commitment, we have revived partnership with PFM (Professional Flight Management), a leading Scheduling Services company for BGA Operators. The integration involves exchanging of Flight Datalink information between Go Direct Flight Services and PFM and on-demand automatic ETE computation from PFM system.

How do I turn on the feature for PFM?

If you are an already an active GoDirect Premium Flight Planning subscriber, you can contact our Account Management Representatives, reachable at FSSAccounts@Honeywell.com to turn on this service for you. You also, need to configure a valid Honeywell ID in your PFM account which can be accomplished by either writing to support@pfmsys.com or self-configure in your PFM system.

Do these new features cost more?

No, the features we have added as part of the integration with PFM are included with your flight planning or datalink subscription. GoDirect and PFM value our customer’s satisfaction and plan to continue to add more features and value adds for our joint customers.

How do I turn off the features?
