Yes. The Datalink integration with PFM enables you to consume your position and OOOI reports from within PFM. The PFM system allows you to set up notifications for each flight or type of flight which automatically notifies the aircraft location and ETA to the destination with your preset contacts.
Yes. The integration with datalink and PFM will allow you to see your aircraft location on a map within the PFM system.
Aircraft position and departure and takeoff (OOOI) reports are forwarded to PFM system as a part of this integration. Datalink Information includes but not limited to out, off, on, and in notifications, aircraft positions, and fuel on board (fuel depends on capability of equipment. Information available is subject to the aircraft equipment capability; not all aircraft are capable of reporting fuel, out and in times.
If you are an active GoDirect Datalink & active PFM subscriber, this feature is free of charge. The corresponding aircraft tail number needs to be configured in both GoDirect Flight Services as well as PFM systems.
